At Individualised Care, we make everything as simple as possible, and this begins with our process.

The beginning (who we are and how we can help)

Before anything commences, we provide you with accessible, trustworthy information on our service and what we are all about so you can make an informed decision (this website is a part of that.) We support people with Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Palliative care, Autism, Elderly Care, Learning disabilities, Mental health issues, Epilepsy, children with challenging behaviour, child care from age 0-13 years, teenagers with drugs and alcohol abuse, and more. We also work closely with several London-based local authorities and private clients.

Individualised Care recognises that hiring a professional care provider can be stressful, for both you, and your loved ones. Therefore we have adopted a positive, flexible approach to organizing initial assessments and meeting family members and other care coordinators.
